FAQ

1. Do you ship orders overseas?

Orders are sent abroad and the delivery time is nine working days by EMS.

2. Is there a contact number?

If there are any questions or you want to place an order by phone please call 2109010323 weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00.

3. What is the procedure if I want to return a product?

The return process - change is as follows:

1) You may return the product, with the completed Product Return Form and receipt (if there is any price difference in the outfit you want to change) which you can find in the envelope of the package, to our address over a period of fourteen days at your own expense, with whatever company you want, but preferably ELTA Courier due to our collaboration with it.

2) We receive and check it.

3) When the product is in original condition, we send the new garment within seven

* working days after receipt of the returned garment.

* If it is the holiday season we need nine working days

4. To what account should I deposit?

Details for purchases via bank account are:

ATTENTION:

- The order number (e.g. # 2150) must be mentioned as payment justification on your deposit.

- The product delivery time begins after the completion of the payment.

- For the bank charges and commission, the customer is solely and entirely charged.

Note: Customers who choose to fulfil the payment via bank deposit will have to make the deposit within 5 (five working) days, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

5. I would be interested in doing some shopping, what should I do?

6. When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within Greece by our company in seven* days, and in Cyprus and Europe within nine working days. In the case that the bank deposit is made, the delivery time starts from the day we are informed that the money was deposited in the account of Alpha Bank of Marymaryshop.

* In case it is holiday season we need two extra working days

7. I do not know what size to choose, can you help me?

To find the right size, you should measure your chest and waist circumference with a tape measure, and consult the page FIND YOUR SIZE on our site.

8. What is the procedure when you choose bank deposit as payment method?

When you make your order and choose bank transfer, you can either go to the nearest bank (preferably Alpha Bank), or use e-banking. In both cases, you should mention the order number in the details. Then you have to send us the deposit slip at orders@marymaryshop.gr highlighting the order number. The order is considered valid the moment you are notified that the money was deposited.

Note: Customers who choose bank deposit as payment method will have to make the deposit within 5 (five) working days, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

9. The message “Incorrect sign in data” is displayed, what should I do?

The password you have typed is wrong. In order to change the password you have to return to the main page and click on "Have you forgotten your password?". Fill in your email address in the appropriate field, and you will receive two e-mails from our system so as to confirm your password change. Check if you have activated the uppercase or lowercase letters during the creation of your new password.

10. Can I order via phone?

Orders in Marymaryshop are made online or by calling 2109010323 (10: 00-16: 00).

11. What is the cost of shipping?

Charges for shipping are automatically calculated by our system and they appear below the total amount of your order. For purchases over 200 € for Greece, and over 250 € for Cyprus, shipping is free.

12. How do I know if my order was successful?

Upon the completion of the order, in the last step, just under the logo of Mary Mary Shop there will be an indication that the order was completed successfully and you will receive an automatic e-mail which includes your order number and the verification of the order.

This e-mail confirms that you have successfully completed your order, and that it has reached us.

13. Are all sizes available?

The Marymaryshop policy is to have a few pieces. When a certain size is not in stock, our system is automatically updated, and the indication "Sold Out" is displayed on the product page.
